b. Listings and advertisings will be approved through Friends Medien and, published only after required fees have been paid. Friends Medien reserves the right to refuse the publication of any listing or advertising.
c. Orders are binding for 6 months. If a listing or advertisement has not bee published within that time the order is automatically cancelled without any claims. Eventual payments will be returned.
d. In the event that a listing or an advertisement cannot be recognized as a commercial business promotion Friends Medien reserves the right to characterize it as an advertisement. Friends Medien is not responsible for any advertising claims, including third party copyrights of ad contents.
e. Advertisers are responsible for providing information, text, data and art work in time and with submission they guarantee that all content does not infringe laws and/or third party (copy)rights.
f. Discriminating content and porn images/videos are prohibited in listings and advertisments. Any violation, including upload in already approved online listings will cause immediate suspend of listing and user account without notice. No refund of eventually paid listing fees!

Listings may show Screenshots in whole or parts as well as images and grafics which have been uploaded by users.

If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof, and you belief that any content hosted on our web site infringes your copyright, then you may submit a notification to Friends Medien in writing or via email. You must Inlcude (1) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed, (2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, (3) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled.
